Every deal on AgroLease moves through the same four stages - a Conduit that isolates the relationship, security officers who guard the records, a gate process that seals every truck, and a Trust Score built entirely from verified behavior.

The Core Unit

One Relationship. One Conduit.

Every feature in AgroLease exists inside or around a Conduit - one land owner, one farm operator, one piece of land. Each Conduit gets a permanent ID at creation that never changes, and each is a completely isolated environment. Nothing bleeds between them.

Security Officer System

Three Stages. Zero Unapproved Access.

Both parties must clear every guard before they can create a single record - preventing either side from planting someone to manipulate harvest logs.

Link

Either party generates a link code. Guards enter it without creating an account - they are identities waiting for approval, and cannot log anything yet.

Attach

The side that linked the guard attaches them to the Conduit. One link, multiple Conduits - no re-linking needed.

Approve

The other side is notified and must approve before the guard can log a single record. The other side always has the final say.

Guards can be locked instantly by either party in an emergency. Unlocking or fully revoking access always requires both sides to agree.

Every Truck, Logged

From Truck to Sealed Record

Every truck that enters or exits the farm is logged. The photo step is mandatory and cannot be skipped under any circumstances.

Manual weight entry plus a mandatory photo. Defensible in most disputes.

High

A connected weighbridge plus a mandatory photo. The strongest possible record.

Records are defensible not because they cannot be changed, but because any change leaves a visible, permanent trail.

Behavior and Visibility, Not Opinions

Trust Score

A live rating reflecting how both parties have behaved inside one specific Conduit - calculated only from verified platform events. No opinions, no reviews. A poor score on one Conduit is never inherited by another.

An optional layer for land owners: crop-health imagery and hyper-local rainfall records over the farm boundary. If a farm operator claims the crop failed, this is objective evidence to check that claim against.
