Field Access
Every Record Traces Back to an Approved Identity.
Both parties must clear every person granted Field Access before they can create a single record - preventing either side from planting someone to manipulate harvest logs.

Either party generates a Field Access code. The person entering it does so without creating an account - they are an identity waiting for approval, and cannot log anything yet.
Attach
The side that shared the code attaches the person to the Conduit. One code, multiple people, if needed - no re-linking required.
Approve
The other side is notified and must approve before that person can log a single record. The other side always has the final say.
Field Access can be locked instantly by either party in an emergency. Unlocking or fully revoking it always requires both sides to agree.

No. AgroLease does not hold your settlement funds. Money moves directly between the parties through their existing financial channels - AgroLease provides the record, the invoice, and the approval workflow around that payment.
How does settlement work?
AgroLease generates settlement information from the harvest records and agreed terms on a Conduit, both sides can review and negotiate adjustments, and settlement is only finalized once both parties approve it.
What happens when there is a dispute?
Every important action on a Conduit - the agreement, harvest records, evidence, and settlement steps - is logged with a timestamp, so both sides can point to the same record instead of relying on memory or messages. AgroLease is designed to support commercial dispute resolution and audit processes, not to guarantee a particular outcome.
Can records be changed?
Some records can be corrected when a genuine mistake is found. What matters is that nothing disappears silently.
What happens when a record is changed?
The change is preserved in the audit history alongside the original entry, so both parties can see what was recorded first, what changed, and when.
How are commodity prices calculated?
Where a public government data feed exists, we use it directly. Where no automated feed exists yet, we publish an AgroLease AI Price Estimate instead - estimated from multiple public sources, intended as a reference for negotiation, not a guaranteed market price - and label it clearly as an estimate.
Is AgroLease a legal service?
No. AgroLease is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It creates a structured, auditable record of what happened on a Conduit, which can support - but does not replace - independent legal or commercial dispute resolution.
Where is AgroLease launching?
AgroLease is launching first in Nigeria. It is built in Nigeria and designed for agricultural partnerships everywhere - other markets are part of the roadmap, not live today.

No. AgroLease works from a phone or computer - no dedicated hardware required.
Do I need an account to view crop prices?
No. Market reference prices are publicly available. An account is only required to use AgroLease's Conduit, agreement, harvest, and settlement features.
